My Characters and Character designs are not to be depicted in a Mild or Explicit sexual manner unless given specific permission to do so. Sexual Manor is defined by the Implications and exaggeration and focus on genitals, chest, Fetishes, Bodily fluids and or actual sexual intercourse. This does not include artistic nudity, as long as the character is over the age of 18. Artistic nudity is defined by the general depiction of a naked body. While Bottom nudity should be censored, Top or chest nudity dose not have to be.
My Characters and Character designs are allowed to be depicted in a Suggestive manner as long as they are over the age of 18. Suggestive content is defined by the suggestion of sexual matters. I.e Vulger language, Tight clothing, lingerie as long as it doesn't contain bare genitalia
My Characters and Character designs are not to be depicted in any sort of offensive content. Offensive content is defined by content made specifically to degrade a specific group of person, religion, and or company. This is also known as hate speech. This dose not include groups that are widely known to be bad I.e Pedophiles. Zoophiles. Autism speak supporters.
My Characters and Character designs are not to be depicted in any opposing real-world, Political, or historical content. This is defined as Major historical evens where a large conflict take place which result in various things that include but is not limited to mass murder, genocide, War propaganda, Limitation of Minorities. This also Includes display of Insignia that is heavily associated with said content. I.e: Nazi Swastica, Israel's flag.
My Characters and Character designs are not to be run through or fed into Generative AI to help train it. and or are created into characters on AI platforms, this includes but is not limited to Image AI generators, roleplay response generators, and the like. This includes things like Character AI, Chai, Janitor AI, and various other role-playing platforms. Generative AI is defined by a program used to generate "Unique" images and or writing responses. I do not support the usage of Generative AI.
My Characters, character designs, and artwork are not to become NFTs in any way, shape, or form. NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. It is a unique digital asset that is not interchangeable with other tokens. NFTs are recorded on a blockchain, which acts as a public ledger to verify the authenticity and ownership of the digital item.
My Characters and Character designs are not to be traded or sold on my public blacklist or to anyone who follows my Do Not Interact. I am very uncomfortable with this. If you are found to be trading to someone on my blacklist, you will be blacklisted
When selling my Characters and Character designs you must have added commissioned artwork or personally drawn artwork to their gallery in order to sell for a higher price. If not you are allowed to sell it for their original price. Do not try and upsell the character if you have not contributed to their gallery
When trading my Characters and Character designs you are allowed to trade them however you like as long as they stay onsite. You are not allowed to trade them to the people on my blacklist or follow my Do Not Interat.
If I see a design that I've made that is up for offer for an extended period of time, and or has hopped accounts with no new art I have the right to ask for them back. I don't mind doing art or designs for them in return
If you are to close your account it is mandatory that you transfer my designs back to me. You are not to delete my characters off of Toyhouse under any circumstances. Any character that is deleted, I have the right to reupload these characters if they are deleted.
You are allowed to take inspiration from my characters. Inspiration is defined by taking one or more parts from one person's character and implementing them into your own with some sort of personal twist and or change.
Referencing 3:1, You are not allowed to completely take one of my characters and claim it as your own. This is defined by either taking images that I have drawn and reuploading them claiming you've designed and or drew them. Or redrawing my character in your style changing minor things and calling it your own.
You are allowed to heavily reference and trace my art for learning purposes only. You must credit me in some way shape or form if you do. You are not allowed to Trace my art to steal it. Lack of credit or claiming you drew the piece will result in blacklisting.
If you are granted permission to draw sexual content of my characters or character designs, you are not allowed to draw any sort of harmful Philias and crimes. This includes but is not limited to, pedophilia, Zoophilia, Necrophilia, Sexual assault, and Rape.
If you are granted permission to draw sexual content of my characters or character designs, do not draw them with realistic animal reproductive organs. Humanoid penis and alienated penis are allowed but they must be uniquely those and not anything inspired by animal genitals.
If you are seen breaking the Terms Of Serice or is found to be following my Do Not Interact, I have the right to place you on a public blacklist to warn others of your wrongdoings.
If you are seen breaking the Terms of Service or are found to be following my Do Not Interact, I have the right to block you to keep you from evading the block by creating different accounts to harass me.
If you are seen breaking the Terms Of Service or are found to be following my Do Not Interact, I have the right to Revoke Character ownership at any point in time.
